    As The Deer

As the deer panteth for the water
So my soul longeth after You
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship You

You alone are my strength my shield
To You alone may my spirit yield
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship You

I want You more than gold or silver
    Only You can satisfy
You alone are the real joy-giver
And the apple of my eyes

You're my friend and You are my brother
Even though You are a King
I love You more than any other
    So much more than anything

What do you call this? Depression? Ignorance? I realized many people in the world are suffering from depression without being noticed. Because they somehow can cover it up nicely, or people around are not sensitive enough to ‘sense’ it. This is dangerous. It leaves the person having to fight the battle himself. And you will never know if he has won.

Well, no matter in what situations you may be in, remember that there is someone that is Almighty, all powerful, ever living, ever loving, ever forgiving, that will receive you for who you are, all that you have done and also all that you did not do. This is a reminder to me too...
